1. Who we are

The Athena's Candles online shop (www.athenascandles.gr) is owned and operated by KAZEPI GROUP ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. (single-member private company), registered office Alexandrou Svolou 23-25, Ampelokipoi, 56121 Thessaloniki, Greece, VAT EL802252145, General Commercial Registry (GEMI) no. 173015706000 ("we", "the company"). 2. Acceptance

By using this website you accept these terms. Purchases are also governed by our Sales Policy, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Withdrawal Policy; personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Product information

We make every effort to keep descriptions, photographs, prices and availability accurate. Our products are handmade: small variations in colour, wax surface texture or decoration between pieces are natural, are part of handmade craftsmanship and are not defects. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from reality. In case of an obvious pricing or description error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it free of charge.

4. Safe use of products

Candles and home fragrances must be used according to the instructions and safety warnings on the packaging and on each product page. Never leave a burning candle unattended; keep products away from children, pets and flammable materials. We are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to the instructions.

5. Customer account

Creating an account is optional — you can also check out as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for informing us of any unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time from "My account".

6. Orders via Instagram

You may also order by message on Instagram. In that case we confirm in writing the products, the total amount (including shipping) and the payment method before dispatch, and the same terms apply, including the right of withdrawal.

7. Intellectual property

All website content (texts, photographs, graphics, logos, the "Athena's Candles" brand and the design) is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, modification or commercial use without our written permission is prohibited.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others, attempts unauthorised access to our systems or burdens its operation (e.g. automated bulk submissions).

9. Liability

The website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation and are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to (e.g. Instagram, Viva). These limitations do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms. Each order is governed by the terms published at the time it was placed.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules (consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence). Before any legal action, you may contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman or another alternative dispute resolution body.
