Which payment methods do you accept?

Card (via Viva's secure page), cash on delivery and bank transfer — the available ones are shown at checkout.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply keeps your order history and address.

How much is shipping and when will I receive my order?

Courier delivery costs €3 and is free on orders of €15 or more. The final cost is always shown in your cart before checkout. [Fill in the usual delivery time.]
