Where we deliver
We ship by courier throughout Greece, mainland and islands.

The €15 threshold is calculated on the value of the products after any discount. The cost is always shown in your cart before checkout.
Dispatch and delivery time
- We prepare your order and hand it over to the courier as soon as possible; bank transfer orders are shipped once payment is received.
- Once shipped, you receive an email with the tracking number.
- Delivery time depends on the destination and may be longer for remote and island areas. In any case, delivery takes place within 30 days of the order, as required by law — otherwise you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to arrive safely. Candles are sensitive to heat: if you are not at home, please make sure the parcel is not left in direct sunlight.
On delivery
- If the packaging is visibly damaged, you may note it with the courier.
- If you find damage or a wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours — with photos, so we can fix it quickly. This helps the process and does not limit your legal guarantee rights.
- If you are not at the address, the courier will contact you to arrange redelivery or collection from their depot.
