Returns & Withdrawal Policy

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the products; if you ordered several products delivered separately, from receipt of the last one.

2. How to withdraw

Inform us with a clear statement before the period expires, stating your order number and the products you are returning:

You may — but do not have to — use the model form in section 8. We will confirm receipt immediately and send you return instructions.

3. Returning the products

  • Send the products back no later than 14 days after your withdrawal statement to: KAZEPI GROUP ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε., Alexandrou Svolou 23-25, Ampelokipoi, 56121 Thessaloniki, Greece (unless we indicate another point).
  • The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. Please do not send parcels cash on delivery.
  • Pack the products securely, preferably in their original packaging.

4. Condition of the products

You may inspect the products as you would in a physical shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics — for example a candle that has been lit or a diffuser/spray that has been used. In that case the corresponding reduction in value may be deducted from the refund.

5. Refund

  • We refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (at the cost of the standard delivery method), no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earliest.
  • The refund uses the same payment method (card via Viva) or, for cash on delivery/bank transfer, a transfer to the IBAN you provide — at no cost to you.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. candles or gift sets with a name, message or special composition made to order), under Greek Law 2251/1994. We will tell you explicitly before accepting such an order.

7. Defective, damaged or wrong products

  • All products are covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (Greek Law 2251/1994, as in force).
  • If you receive a defective product, one broken in transit or one different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours — with photos of the product and the packaging.
  • We will offer a replacement or, where that is not possible or as otherwise provided by law, a refund. All related costs are borne by us.
  • Natural small variations of handmade products (colour, texture) are not defects.
