Sales Policy

1. Seller

The seller is KAZEPI GROUP ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε., Alexandrou Svolou 23-25, Ampelokipoi, 56121 Thessaloniki, Greece, VAT EL802252145, GEMI 173015706000. "Athena's Candles" is a trade name of the company, which is the manufacturer of the products and the responsible economic operator for their compliance and safety.

2. Prices

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
  • Shipping (€3 for orders under €15, free from €15) and the cash-on-delivery fee (€2, only if you choose cash on delivery) are shown separately in the cart and at checkout, before you place the order.
  • The price shown at the moment you place the order applies.

3. How to order

  1. Add products to your cart and select "Proceed to checkout".
  2. Enter your details and delivery address, choose shipping and payment methods and review the summary with the final amount.
  3. By placing the order you commit to pay the amount shown. You immediately receive a unique order number and a confirmation email.

You can correct any detail until you place the order. No account is required to buy.

4. Confirmation and conclusion of the contract

The sales contract is concluded when the order confirmation email is sent. Order confirmation is not the same as payment confirmation:

  • Card: the order is confirmed once Viva confirms the payment.
  • Cash on delivery: the order is confirmed immediately and paid on delivery.
  • Bank transfer: the order is registered immediately and shipped once the transfer is received.

You receive an email at every status change (e.g. "Shipped").

5. Availability

Stock is updated automatically and reserved when the order is placed, so that products that are not available are not sold. If a product nevertheless cannot be supplied (e.g. a production or packaging failure), we will contact you and refund the corresponding amount promptly — and in any case within 14 days.

6. Receipts and invoices

A legal tax document is issued by KAZEPI GROUP ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. for every purchase. A retail receipt is issued by default; if you need an invoice, enter your company name, VAT number, tax office, business activity and address in the "Delivery instructions" field or let us know before the order is shipped.

7. Cancellation by you

You may cancel your order free of charge until it is shipped by contacting us with the order number. After dispatch, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

8. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order only for good reason: an obvious pricing error, unavailability, incomplete or incorrect delivery details that were not corrected, or a payment that was not completed (unpaid card orders are cancelled automatically after 60 minutes; bank transfer orders as set out in the Payment Policy). In any such case we inform you and refund any amount already paid.

9. Delivery

Delivery terms are described in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon receipt of the parcel.

10. Legal guarantee

Every product carries the two-year (2) legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under Greek Law 2251/1994 as in force. See the Returns Policy for defective or damaged products.
