Payment Policy

You can pay with any of the methods below. All amounts are in euros and include VAT. The final amount is always shown before you place your order.

1. Credit / debit card (Viva)

  • Payment is made on the secure payment page of Viva (Viva Wallet), a licensed payment institution. You are taken there after placing the order and returned to the shop automatically.
  • Cards supported by Viva are accepted (e.g. Visa, Mastercard). Transactions are protected with strong customer authentication (3-D Secure) where required.
  • We never see or store your card number, expiry date or CVV.
  • An order is considered paid only when Viva confirms the transaction. If the payment fails or you abandon it, you are not charged and can try again from the order page. A card order that is not paid within 60 minutes is cancelled automatically.

2. Cash on delivery

  • You pay the total amount to the courier on delivery.
  • Cash-on-delivery fee: €2, shown separately in the order summary.
  • Please have the exact amount ready. Whether you can pay at the door by cash or card depends on the courier company.

3. Bank transfer

  • After placing the order, the account details (beneficiary, bank, IBAN) and the exact amount are shown and emailed to you.
  • Please use your order number (e.g. AC-2611-1001) as the payment reference.
  • The order ships once the amount is credited to our account; you then receive a payment confirmation email. Interbank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
  • If the transfer is not received within 5 business days, we may cancel the order after informing you.
  • Any bank charges for the transfer are borne by the sender.

4. Refunds

When you are entitled to a refund (cancellation, withdrawal, defective product), it is made within 14 days using the same payment method, unless we expressly agree otherwise, at no extra cost to you:

  • Card: refunded to the same card via Viva. The time it takes to appear on your balance depends on your card issuer.
  • Cash on delivery or bank transfer: bank transfer to the account (IBAN) you indicate.

5. Receipt

A legal tax document (receipt or, on request, invoice) is issued by KAZEPI GROUP ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. for every purchase — see the Sales Policy.
